Auch auf Distanz war schnell klar: Adobe stellt mit der Summit 2026 den Experience-Cloud-Stack strategisch neu auf. Das Stichwort hei\u00dft <strong>Adobe CX Enterprise<\/strong> \u2013 eine neue Orchestration-Schicht auf Adobe Experience Platform, die Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, GenStudio und weitere Bausteine unter einer end-to-end agentischen AI zusammenbringt.<\/p><p>Dieser Post ist ein komprimierter Recap: was angek\u00fcndigt wurde, was ich f\u00fcr die spannendsten drei Bausteine halte und was daraus f\u00fcr Marketing- und CX-Teams folgt. Technisch kombiniert Adobe daf\u00fcr drei Schichten: AI-Agenten und Agent-Skills, Model-Context-Protocol-Endpoints (MCP) als Integrationslayer und einen Intelligence- und Governance-Layer dar\u00fcber. Anil Chakravarthy, President of Customer Experience Orchestration, rahmte das als \u201eagentische AI skalieren \u00fcber die gesamte Organisation hinweg&#8220;.<\/p><p>Die wichtigsten neuen Produkt-Bausteine:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Adobe Brand Intelligence<\/strong> \u2013 eine kontinuierlich lernende Reasoning-Engine, die sich ver\u00e4ndernde Marken-Signale (Voice, Tone, Visual-Guidelines, Markt-Positionierung) erfasst und f\u00fcr AI-Aktionen nutzbar macht (<a href=\"https:\/\/business.adobe.com\/blog\/adobe-brand-intelligence-shaping-agentic-marketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adobe Blog<\/a>).<\/li><li><strong>Adobe Engagement Intelligence<\/strong> \u2013 eine Decisioning-Engine, die auf Customer Lifetime Value und Personalisierung \u201eat scale&#8220; optimiert.<\/li><li><strong>Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator<\/strong> \u2013 Framework, um Agenten \u00fcber Adobe- und Third-Party-\u00d6kosysteme hinweg zu koordinieren. Adobe nennt namentlich Partnerschaften mit AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, IBM, Microsoft, NVIDIA und OpenAI als Interop-Ziel.<\/li><li><strong>Reusable Agent Skills Catalog<\/strong> \u2013 vorgefertigte Agent-F\u00e4higkeiten f\u00fcr typische Workflows (Content-Erstellung, Journey-Orchestrierung), wiederverwendbar in mehreren Agent-Konfigurationen.<\/li><li><strong>CX Enterprise Coworker<\/strong> \u2013 eine agentische Instanz, die mehrstufige Aufgaben entlang definierter Business-Ziele ausf\u00fchrt, mit expliziter Human-in-the-Loop-Oversight. \u201eGenerally available soon&#8220; \u2013 konkretes Datum nennt Adobe noch nicht.<\/li><li><strong>Adobe CX Analytics<\/strong> \u2013 die neue Analytics-Schicht auf CX Enterprise, mit st\u00e4rker AI-gest\u00fctzter Abfrage- und Insight-Generierung (<a href=\"https:\/\/business.adobe.com\/blog\/introducing-adobe-cx-analytics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adobe Blog<\/a>).<\/li><li><strong>Adobe Brand Visibility<\/strong> \u2013 eine neue L\u00f6sung, die die Sichtbarkeit einer Marke in AI-generierten Antworten (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity etc.) misst und aktiv beeinflusst (<a href=\"https:\/\/news.adobe.com\/news\/2026\/04\/adobe-introduces-brand-visibility-solution\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adobe Newsroom<\/a>). Agentische Marketing-Automation wird nicht in einem Walled Garden stattfinden, sondern \u00fcber Tool-Grenzen hinweg \u2013 vorausgesetzt, man baut sie auf den richtigen Protokollen (MCP) auf. Das deckt sich mit unserer Beobachtung bei Kunden: reale Workflows spannen immer mehrere Tools.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d05d986 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d05d986\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Brand Visibility adressiert die AI-Search-Realit\u00e4t<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cf714e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cf714e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Google zeigt AI Overviews in rund 45 % der Suchen, ChatGPT und Perplexity werden zu eigenst\u00e4ndigen Discovery-Kan\u00e4len. Dass Adobe daf\u00fcr eine eigene L\u00f6sung launcht, best\u00e4tigt, was wir in den letzten Monaten in AI-SEO-Audits bei Kunden sehen: Brand-Sichtbarkeit ist nicht mehr nur Ranking-Thema, sondern Citation-Thema. Die Zeit f\u00fcr die strategische Einordnung ist jetzt, weil die Richtungsentscheidungen mittelfristig teuer werden.<\/li><li><strong>Brand Intelligence lohnt einen fr\u00fchen Proof-of-Concept.<\/strong> Wer bereits mit AI-gest\u00fctzter Content-Produktion arbeitet (<a href=\"\/de\/services\/automatisierte-content-produktion\/\">Automatisierte Content-Produktion<\/a>, Adobe Firefly Services, eigene LLM-Pipelines), gewinnt mit Brand Intelligence einen konsistenten Kurator-Layer. Gerade f\u00fcr Multi-Brand- und Multi-Country-Organisationen ist das ein ernsthafter Effizienzhebel.<\/li><li><p><strong>CX Enterprise Coworker und Agent Orchestrator verlangen Vorarbeit, die Sie vor der GA beginnen k\u00f6nnen.<\/strong>\u00a0<span class=\"s1\" style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Statt auf die GA zu warten, jetzt Einsatzszenarien + Agent Skills + <\/span><span class=\"s1\" style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Human-in-the-Loop-Freigabewege + Erfolgskriterien definieren.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Gleichzeitig bleibt: Adobe-Technologie ist nur so gut wie die Content-Supply-Chain und die Team-Organisation dahinter.
